HAPPY EASTER TO ALL ETO SUPPORTERS AND FRIENDS

Even though the Covid 19 pandemic has devastated many families and communities around the world, the good news this Easter is:
|
|
|
GOD IS STILL IN CONTROL AND BUILDING HIS KINGDOM…!!!!
|
|
- ETO’s first church at Kaguma has a revival with many hundreds attending services once again.
|
|
- Some people including the local M.P. some former staff members and sponsored children bring gifts of food to help feed the starving people and children of Educate the Orphans in Tharaka, Kenya.
|
|
- Many ETO children doing extremely well, in spite of the government closing/re-opening/and closing the schools! Many hundreds of children are fed by ETO after closure of other local schools, by covid-19.
|
|
- We have been blessed with the purchase of two dairy cows (one which has recently produced a young bull calf) for the production of milk for our kids, (Thanks to a generous anonymous donor.)
|
|
- Livingstone pays for the repair of our Posho Mill (Flour Mill) from his own pocket!
|
|
- ETO shamba (farm) still producing food crops in spite of drought and locusts, as ETO teach farming and food production, “Farming God’s Way.”
|
|
|

Recently we told you of hundreds of very young girls in Tharaka who have become pregnant from using their bodies to try to get food, some as young as 13 or 14 years old. Many of whom were raped.
God has really put these children on our heart, as a result, and after praying about this situation we have committed to building a rescue centre to house and protect these vulnerable children.
We would ask all our sponsors to pray God will provide the resources needed to help these children in their distress. Please join us in prayer for these children.

Religion that God our Father accepts as pure and faultless is this: to look after orphans and widows in their distress and to keep oneself from being polluted by the world.
